Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery times may vary due to several factors, such as your country of residence.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region:

🇦🇺 Australia: 5-10 business days

🇺🇸 United States: 7-15 business days

🇨🇦 Canada: 10-20 business days

🇪🇺 Europe: 6-10 business days

🌍 Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays or tracking update issues that are beyond our control. If your order is being shipped internationally, unexpected customs delays may increase the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may cause delays in processing or order cancellation.

If there are system-detected address issues, our customer support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@restfully.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this time.

Delayed Delivery

At Restfully™, we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Unexpected courier delays (e.g., severe weather, transportation disruptions)
  • Customs clearance for international shipments
  • Product availability issues or address verification problems

In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with our courier partners to resolve the issue. Please note that while we will provide updates and assistance, Restfully™ is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact us at support@restfully.com.au, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information. Restfully™ will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to help resolve the issue.

Please note that Restfully™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier. However, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In cases where the package is not found, we recommend filing a police report.
