Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes can happen, and we aim to accommodate your needs. Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order will likely have entered processing and may not be eligible for cancellation. If you do cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still unsatisfied, you may return the items after 14 days and within the 60-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or if the product itself is physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as product damage if the item inside remains in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@restfully.com.au. Please include a clear photo of the damage in your email. If eligible, we will send a replacement free of charge. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Restfully™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. Please note that we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
